Who is 'Breaking the diet cycle for'
The breaking the diet cycle program is designed to re-educate our mind and body on what it really requires to function. The program looks at basic nutrition information and how it has become distorted over time by the media and peoples poor self image and self esteem.
One of the questions we always get asked is how can we refer someone to this course. And we understand this can be a tricky situation. Basically the program is essential for anyone that has tried or is trying a diet of any shape or form. The program will equip them with the tools to succeed in reaching their goals in not only weight management but also in emotional happiness and a better feeling of self worth.
It is not only for those overweight, people of all shapes and sizes suffer from poor body image and self esteem. It might be someone that spends every spare minute in the gym trying to reach the unachievable body size they have seen on TV or the size they were 25 years ago. What ever the situation the Breaking the Diet Cycle program can help.
